Q: How to pay oudoor playground equipment sample and express charges?
A: You can pay to our company account directly.For those customer who has express account,we will send the indoor playground equipment samples by freight collected.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: Usually,we accept T/T,westen union ,irrevocable L/C at sight.For regular orders,we prefer 30% in advance,70% against the copy of B/L.
Q: How do you control the quality?
A: We have QC team comply with TQM,each step is in compliance to the standards.At the same time,they will take photos and shoot video for you.
